Interior noise behaviour represents an important criterion when judging vehicles. The concluding evaluation of the effect, single components have on the interior noise behaviour, can only be carried out in the overall vehicle. Therefore various interior airborne noise measurements are performed by means of microphone array and aurally compensated measuring methods.

Comparative airborne noise measurements between the cabin and for example the engine compartment enable the determination of the transfer functions.

Structure borne noise measurements on all components to determine the vibration behaviour and additionally helps to analyse the noise track.
