To check single powertrain components on a test bench it is often necessary to extract the components to be tested out of the electronic engine-transmission-management. Necessarily the problem occurs that not all signals are available for a precise operation of the control electronics. To solve this problem the GIF CAN32 Converter offers a suitable solution.

With this cost-efficient converter CAN signals are simulated. Furthermore analogue, digital and frequency signals can be converted to CAN messages. On the other hand CAN messages can be transferred to analogue and digital signals, too. Thus, the converter is an attractive instrument, very easy to set up and offering many fields of applications.
